I’m finally doing it. I’m taking around 16 of my best solo Ableton/looping/vocals/violin songs – some old ones reworked, some covers and mashups, some brand-new stuff – and I am MAKING AN ALBUM. Remember those?
Only, because what I do is so inherently visual now, and the PROCESS of making the live performance is so much a part of the product, I am actually making a live CD and DVD, simultaneously.

Jason Thompson, who did the projection design for WHEELHOUSE at TheatreWorks, has agreed to do video projections for all the songs, in a format that I can take on the road with me when I tour in support of the album.
So mark your calendars, and if you’re going to be anywhere near LA from October 9-12, please come and see what Bren and I have been making for me to perform. I am so thrilled that this is coming to fruition, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
